Financial services
If my customer doesn’t pay you, what happens?
First, we send your customer a reminder. If your customer still doesn’t pay, we will try to contact the customer. If we still do not get paid, a debt collection claim will be issued. For further questions please contact us.
Would you like to know more about our services?
Please contact us or chat with us on our Facebook page.
I/my company have/has record of non-payment. Can I become a customer anyway?
Yes. Many of our customers have liquidity fluctuations, but that doesn’t prevent you from becoming a customer with Euro Finans and selling your invoices.
What does it take to become a customer at Euro Finans?
You must have a registered company and customers that you bill. It is very easy to become our customer, please call us at +46 (0)46-31 20 20 to find out more.
Do you agree to payment by instalments?
We currently don’t offer payment by instalments for individuals. However, we can always look at the exact case with which you need help. Please call us and we will take a closer look at your case, at +46 (0) 46-31 20 20.
Do you lend my company money?
We offer notes payable in combination with accounts payable management. But we are willing to look at your proposal. Please contact us and we will see if we can help you and your company.
Do you assume the credit risk for private customers?
No. Currently we don’t assume credit risk for your private customers. However, we have noticed that private customers’ willingness to pay increases significantly if the invoice comes through Euro Finans.
What length of credit period can you handle?
We believe that invoice factoring doesn’t pay off after 120 days. There are other solutions, such as business loans, instead. Read more about our various financing options here.
